Note to customers and partners
From 12 November 2025, the legal entities within the Bohemia Interactive Simulations group and the Pitch Technologies group will commence a process to be renamed BAE Systems OneArc. Please be advised that whilst we are in the process of administering the change you will start to see some documentation from us bearing the new company names whilst some documentation may still bear the previous company names until we have been able to complete the change process. Apart from this change in name, all entities, contracts, and operations remain exactly the same. There is no corporate or legal restructuring taking place, and no assignment, or novation of existing contracts is necessary.
